Former Governor Whitman lowered taxes for millionaires by 33% depriving the State treasury of nearly 90 billion dollars in taxes. That’s the problem. . . . supply side economics. . . lowering taxes for the rich and placing the burden on working folks at the local level. Governor Christie’s slash and burn “let them eat cake” policy of cutting police, fireman, and school teachers is the same elitist crap that for the past 40 years have destroyed our economy and standard of living.
