Antonin Scalia declared in Lawrence v. Texas that there exists no fundamental constitutional right to sodomy. He’s right. It’s like the right to an abortion that does not exist in the Constitution. it’s liberal judicial activism. Now Congress declares we have a right to healthcare. Congress is wrong. It’s not in the Constitution.

The man lied, and did so in a very public way. You cannot betray the people you say your representing. It’s so commonplace that we’ve become insensitized to it, 15 years ago this would have been a huge scandal. This should have come to a referendum vote, but didn’t. Please. . . no more lynch. We’ve seen enough.
