In my former position as the marketing director for a financial institution, I had two young ladies who worked for me. It was important that they had knowledge in the area of business and communication, but the focus of their position was graphic design. Their degree was in "visual communications. " I've copied a description about such a degree.

The Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication
The Bachelor of Science in visual communication degree is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in art with an emphasis in computer technology. Students majoring in visual communication complete an abbreviated core art curriculum, classes in mass communication and art history plus 38 hours of free electives. Career choices open to visual communication graduates would include special effects design, advertising, design work for television, web design, industrial design or publishing, to name but a few.

I was always amazed at their "business sense," and one once told me she had taken numerous business classes as electives.

You might look into programs such as this offered by various colleges. You would be using your art and communication skills in a business setting, without having to major in business.

i would suggest finding which of these 3 majors you like the best and major in that. then you could minor in the other 2, which would give you a good balance between them. if you major in business and have minors in both communication and art, it would look more appealing in job application than if you only majored in business alone. you also stated that you don't like the subject of taxes and numbers, but as the saying goes, no pain, no gain! as long as you're interested in the major in a general sense, you should be fine. hope this helps!
