City Controller Opposes Proposal to Change Business Tax Structure


City Controller Alan Butkovitz testified before City Council’s Committee of the Whole opposing Council’s legislation to overhaul the City’s business tax structure. The proposal would eliminate jobs, create a budget deficit and damage current business environment.
