BKSC offers full service, low cost payroll preparation, payroll tax reporting, and timely filing of federal, state and local payroll taxes. With BKSC handling your tax deposits and paperwork electronically, you need not worry about penalties and late fees.

- You send us your employees’ payroll information using easy to fill out worksheets or by entering it using our Internet based interface.
- We process your payroll and print your checks on stock checks using your company’s bank routing number and account number.
- We also offer direct deposit for your employees who would prefer it.
- We print your payroll reports.
- We deliver the completed payroll to your door or you can come pick it up in person from our office.
- At year end, we send W-2s and/or 1099s for your employees.

Our typical customers range in size from 1 to 100 employees. Our customers represent every type of small business including restaurants, construction, doctors, and retail.
How long does it take to get set up with the payroll service I choose?
Estimated implementation is 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the company and once the completed paperwork has been received.
What if I have problems and questions?
As always, you will have an Account Manager assigned to you who will work with you through the process. Once your payroll is set up, your Account Manager will continue to provide personalized service, answer questions, and guide you through the payroll process on an ongoing basis.
What is the timeline for completing and delivering my payroll?
We process your payroll 2 days prior to check date.
Will your services help me with tasks like tracking and accruing time off, paying and reporting bonuses, and workers compensation tracking?
Yes, BKSC Payroll provides all of these optional services.
What are my options for reporting data to BKSC Payroll
We offers phone-in, fax-in, and PC-input services. Your dedicated Account Manager will be able to assist you with any variations in your payroll schedule, including the need to run payroll early or late.
How will payroll be delivered to me?
BKSC Payroll offers convenient 1 and 2 day delivery. In addition we offer a money-saving ground delivery option for customers whose payroll is entirely direct deposit.
What if my pay schedule is erratic; do I have to run a payroll?
Many of our customers have seasonal schedules that make payroll processing a necessity only part of the year. Your account manager will be able to assist you with any variations in your payroll schedule.
Can I track employees’ hours/salaries to different departments?
Yes, we offer labor distribution functionality.
Is it possible to export to other applications from your service?
We currently offer a QuickBooks® export or a custom export for an additional cost.
