In-state tuition for Indiana business owner, but Illinois resident?
My father owns a chain of restaurants in the state of Indiana, and pays state taxes for these businesses. My family resides in Illinois. I am wondering if I could acquire in-state tuition for Indiana University based on the addresses of a long term family owned business located in Indiana?

Does he live there? Like you said, he lives in Illinois like I do. So, nope.
