To transfer or not to transfer?

Hi all.
I am am graduating with a BS in accounting this month. I have 1 more class to complete and I will have a diploma in hand. However:

My GPA is a 2. 6-I had a baby 2 years ago and I have had so much trouble in my personal life, it is a wonder I have been able to stay in school and earn C’s and if I’m lucky. . . . B’s. Before I met my fiance’, My GPA was 3. 0 and I planned to bring it up to 3. 5 before graduation.

Also, the job market in my area is terrible. My fiance’ has put in over 200 applications and not even received a call. An unethical member of the community has blacklisted him per request of my stalker-a crazy, evil man who believes I was his wife in a past life. It is amazing to me how many people he has in support of him! He even arranged to have my daughter kidnapped when she went to a new daycare. Thats all I’ll say about this bc I could write a novel. He has tried to ruin my life to coerce me into being with him. I want to put this behind me. Moving along. . . . . . .

I hear the job market is good in Charlotte, NC and in the Myrtle Beach area. I am sick of life up here and think I would rather have a BS diploma from another school if they would have me. It would be a chance to improve my GPA and establish a reputation in that community instead of moving as an unknown with a degree from another state. What do you think I should do?

Get your degree and then relocate since you don`t feel comfortable in that area anymore and since job opportunities do not seem to be a motivation for you to stay. Not to mention the freak. . . At least this is how I see the situation. But maybe I am wrong. Look deep inside you and decide. Only you are the one who really knows the answer.

If you only have one more class to complete, stay put and get that diploma. After graduation, check on the chamber of commerce for Charlotte, NC and find out about the employment, schools, economy, transportation and housing there.
If you leave now, there is NO guarantee you will complete your degree. I have seen it occur all too often with the people I come into contact on a daily basis. During the time you are completing this one class, your diploma, you can check on the following:
